The Niger Delta is home to some of Africa’s biggest oil reserves, but it’s also home to conflict as local tribes fight for a greater share of the oil wealth.

In May this year, Nigerian government troops launched an offensive against the rebels and more than 3,000 civilians have been displaced by the fighting.
