http://coffee-addict.com Coffee makers come with various types of carafes, so I wanted to show you the main types today and tell you why I think thermal carafes (ie. made of stainless steel to retain heat) are the best ones.
Glass carafes are fine if you are going to make a cup or two of coffee and driik them right away. But if you are like me and you like to make a full pot of coffee and drink it throughout the day, then a glass carafe is not good enough. That is because it is heated by a burner, and that burner burns the coffee a little bit every hour and changes the coffee's flavour. Thermal carafes keep your coffee both hot and fresh-tasting throughout the day.
