my father-in-law was killed by a horse that tried to jump over his car. He was traveling 45 mph.

Did anyone notice that the car was ultimately stopped and the horse was trying to jump on and over it.

I agree with the comments about the driver. Anyone with half a brain in his head would have stopped and waited for the horses to go by. Perhaps a hoof blow to the head would knock some sense into him.

Stupid driver , a lot of the american drivers won't watch what's happening on the road , they are looking only 20 feet in front of the car . I drove in America and saw a lot of drivers doing 60 MPH , not even slowing down when there were deers on the side of the road , what are they thinking ? That the deer waits for the green light to cross the street ? These guys are not signaling and won't see you signal and they don't know how to make a proper left or right turn . Not sayng all of them but defenatly more than any country I saw . No wonder they have 4 lane highways with 55 MPH speed limits :))))
