    Anyone from America claiming this to be cruel or sick... take a good hard look in the mirror. America is the fattest nation in the world. If this cat weighs 6 times what it should weigh (small for a tom-cat).... you could find literally hundreds of people in America proportionately as big or bigger. Don't believe me? Go to disneyland or a bad chinese buffet. People so fat they need 2 or 3 chairs. People so fat they can no longer walk under their own power. Think about where the top 20 fattest people in the world reside.

    PS, I'm from Canada and we aren't much better... we have a poblem too.

      its not a people are obese in america issue. what is happening to that cat is pure abuse and it has nothing to do with food or america's declining self control over food issues. your point is only as good as the facts you have to back that statement up in re: to this cat. you dont know who owns that animal.
