    When the car started the turn the bike was not visible around the curve. The Bike was going well over the speed limit. and the biker did not control the bike properly. He/she could have avoided the car is not speeding

    But I'd say the biker was moving way too fast, he didn't appear to try and stop and if he'd stayed in his lane he would have missed the car. If you watch the footage closely you'll see that if he'd been traveling at the speed limit (t that same spped cars were) he had enough distance to stop or slow and avoid the crash. The driver of the car may or may not have properly judged the speed of the cycle. He did clear the guys lane before the cycle got to the intersection.

      yep,both's fault but its more of the car's fault act2ly.. he didn't stop first before turning the car. remember that its the the motorcycle's lane and the car must not turn on the oher side just like that.

      I watch out for bikers all the time! But some idiots can't becatered for like the one here! he was way too fast and a bad rider because instead of anticipating he simply drove straight into the car which had already cleared the crossing centre.

      You sir should take an objective view instead of the "bikers are always right" crap.

      Just read the rules of metacafe.
      for what i know u can not copy other video clips
      u can not compile the video clips which is not yours
      u only can use ur own ideas, camera, and knowledge to get the money.
      u think it's easy to get money from metacafe
      unless u r creative and follow the rules.
      read the requirements from meta carefully.

      As a biker, I can tell you the biker was in the wrong - he was speeding and not paying attention. He could have missed the car (easily) even at the speed he was traveling...

      That said, your comment and attitude show a lack on humanity and of caring for others. Nobody deserves to be paralyzed for doing something stupid. Grow up and get a little maturity.
