  • It is NOT fake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you all are a bunch of idiots...well, i really shouldnt say that because you apparently dont know this but........you have to have XP pro to do this...this setting is in the security/group policy--which only XP Pro has the security/group policy. For future references, or any other questions check out www.net-toolz.net thats my site...i just started it Nov06...im trying to start a blog too...so, try using that instead...peace!

  • You do need xp pro

I've tried this on both home and pro editions and it does only seem to be the professional edition that works

  • This will slow down your system!

Yes you can really do this, the point is why? This feature has only ONE purpose and that is for paranoid security on terminal like PCs say at the CIA ect... There is NO reason for anyone to do this since it will do nothing for them but SLOW DOWN how long it takes Windows XP to shutdown. This is bad advice by someone who has no concept of how Windows XP Virtual Memory works. Virtual Memory is automatically overwritten as needed, there is no reason to clean it ever. It is a Myth that you should be doing this. This is a waste of time and will negatively effect your shutdown times severly.

  • From what I hear

other users with XP Home cannot find it either, I'm assuming it's located somewhere else or simply isn't there for Home users.
