The deer aren't trying to get along with the people. They are getting something from the people. If you have this many deer around your house, you can't grow a thing. They'll eat it up. That's why we have game and fish commissions to have a season for harvesting animals with limits. It keeps animals healthier, because overabundance just promotes disease. If the deer are below numbers, the commissions close hunting or lower the limits. Try eating wildlife. It's delicious and healthier for you than harmone rich domestic animals sold to us for meat.

I agree with you on your comment. In fact humans should do the same. The world is becoming over populated. As we likit wildlife we need to do the same with the human race. Animals have not got this world in a mess. Humans did that.

and they eat each other all the time! Eating them is more natural than sharing breakfast with them.

However, those who just kill for the thrill is another matter entirely. Humans are the only creature on this planet that enjoys killing for killing's sake. We are the most evil species on earth.

Most humans are worthless. From the beginning of time and all over the world. Animals are just trying to co exist. These people enjoy animals and nature. The problem is if they do not fear humans some low life will come along and shoot them. People that hunt and have heads hanging in their library should have their head there as well. Let me run the country for a month and give me an army to back me and we would have a lot less people in the world.

Were not the only animal that kills for fun domesticated cats kill for fun they also eat their kill after playing with it but.... so do we!

I agree, Also Coyotes kill just for the sake of killing.

People should only kill to eat and not shoot deer just to get a big rack for their wall. Get out of the house this weekend and get back to nature - I love it!

if the food left for them stops, they go right back to foraging. As far as they know, the food you give them, they found, if it ends, they look elsewhere.

Deer who are encouraged to come out of the woods for their food will venture closer and closer to populated areas, like our roads and highways. This is why every year the number of car/deer accidents goes up. Deer are beautiful creatures, but they are VERY dangerous when taught to interact with humans. As for hunting, if the population is not thinned out, the results are the same.

Deer don't have to "stalk" down grasses and grains. They eat 12 hours out of the day and just as cows don't forget how to put their nose to the ground and graze, der don't either. These are people who are experiencing what Adam and Eve enjoyed.

But what it may do is get rid of their natural sense of flight when encounterred with humans; which will cause someone here in texas to post yet another video on Metacafe titled "Deer Hunting in Texas" where the deer you see in this video will also appear on the that video.
