American Gymnast Tumbling Mats - Fun for the Family!

I thought I’d share a more casual video of one of our American Gymnast Tumbling Mats. These are my two kids playing on the mats at home. The Folded Blue Panel Mat you see is our Elite Tumbling Mat, which is 4’ wide, 8’ long and 2-1/2” inch thick. The Red, White and Blue Mat is our Standard Tumbling Mat, which is 4’ wide, 8’ long and 1-1/2” thick. Both Gymnastics Mats are made with 18 oz vinyl covering them.

You can see that the kids love playing on our mats at home … they are firm enough for basic tumbling skills and yet, soft enough even for preschool age children to do forward rolls and flop around on. The mats fold at every 2’ panel, like the Blue one you see in the video, so that you can stack them or put them up out of the way.

I’m proud to say that my 2 year old daughter, McClure, just learned her first forward roll on these mats! We’re still working on getting her to stand up out of it. Liam loves to do forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels and whatever else I’ll let him get away with.
