    via explicit language the first amendment does not apply to the states, and therefore cannot be "incorporated" against them. that 99% of americans and ~100% of robed tyrants disagree changes nothing of this truth.

    No reasonable expectation of privacy. You are free to record (video and audio), no need to get consent.

    The same concept that permits police to put cameras on streets and in their police cars (without our consent) is the same thing that guarantees your right to record them (without their consent).

    Why do police feel they can record us yet we can't record them? How did we allow that to become commonplace?
