      I've seen this on a different site with a better quality video that was about 90 seconds long. You can't see it very well here but the guy actually puts his hands on both of the elephant's cheeks and tries pushing as hard as he can to get out. Then the elephant actually 'poops' him out. You can see the elephants sphincter and butt just squeezing until the guy pops out. It's friggin hilarious but gross at the same time.
