The Beast

This video is a short story following on from one of the quests in game "summers' end". In the quest you defeat the Corporeal Beast and save Summers and her family who are trapped in the spirit realm. But in defeating the beast, you bring it to life in the 'real world', which you find out after the quest.

This short story explains why the Beast stays in the cave under the wilderness. The Soulless Warriors were summoned by Guthix through the help of the Druidess and they cast a spell on the Beast preventing it from leaving the cave, and also weakening it.

This left the Beast vulnerable to humans, who could now fight it without their souls instantly being devoured. The Beast cannot die however, the curse traps the Beast in the cave for all eternity, so each time it dies, it comes back to life inside the cave, over and over.
