- It's not a cheat.It's a mod.
  You must open <SA Folder>\ data\ handling.cfg WITH NOTEPAD (you can temporarily rename it to handling.txt but don't forget to change it back. OR change file associacions in windows via ctrl panel>Folder options>tab file associations. OR right-click>open with) and any sane person can read the instructions at the beginning of the file. Just replace what buggy data you want with the data of other vehicles.DON'T FORGET TO BACKUP IF YOU MESS TOO MUCH AND FORGET THE OLD VALUES.
