I'm not an american, I'm an australian but every part of me feels for the people from all around the world who died that day in this horrible morning of outright war and defiance! I am not religious at all so I can say the following from a nautral stand point of view, What happened was a wake up call to everyone everywhere in the world about what has been happening in the middle east and else where. I hear people talk about someone elses religion in abusive manners and it gives even me the shits, and something even more sinister about this is its been our own governments in the usa,aus,brit etc that began it all, and still nobody wants to give a shit enough to find out, the steady flow of people asking why is growing but not fast enough to stop the outright murder of people all around the globe by our governments and we just let them do it without even so much as speaking out about it, speak out against what our governments are doing now before its too late. I just have one more thing to say, If all the reports on the evidence coming out of the middle east is anything to go by then the following should be clearly listened too by everyone," Imagine for one moment that you live in these countries that have warlords, dictators and your life is a case of dodging bullets or someones bombing the absolute shit out of you, your family and everyone else around you are also dying, now try to figure out who is killing you so you can fight back, when you learn that it wasn't your enemy as you thought but a person who is thousands of miles away over seas and you learn that these people supplied the weapons to destroy everything that you cared about and also assisted in the war as well and then you sit and think to yourself well everyone is dead whats there left for me," thats why these people are strapping bombs to themselves" these warlords tell them that religion is there only saviour and that if they strap a bomb to themselves they will die for a good cause, then compound this with the fact that they have nothing and no one left because there all dead and they feel suicidal enough to do it because nobody hears them crying for it to stop and add to this our own governments stupid behaviours in all of this and what you have is alot of reasons why we should be getting in and cleaning our own back yards and making our governments do what we say and not what they want to do, and anyone who is found guilty of any crimes in this war should be bought to justice. Just for your info sadam who suxs was an ally once and the usa supplied him with the technology to do what he has done, our governments turned a blind eye and even assisted him, there is not enough room here for anymore although I have so much to say, so all I can say now is you really do need help stop our own governments now before its too late.

Being in one of these planes.... planning the whole trip, working hard for the money to pay for it, dealing with your employer to get vacation time. Then you take off, moments later, the plain you are in is hijacked and you get to know that a few minutes later, you're gonna die and there's nothing you can do about it.
It's strange and sad thinking about it. But I can't control it. Always when I think about some death, I start imagining what the person was thinking moments before he/she died and how it was like. Something I don't want to know but can't stop thinking about :(

Actually, i am watched a couple of minutes of it to realize what a load of crap it is and not to waste my time watching any more of it.
The narrorator wants us to believe that one one hundreth of a second before the plane crashes into the building a rocket was fired. Think about it. Bush found a suicide pilot with such nerves of steel that facing imminent death he has the composure to fire a rocket a split second before the plane crashes. Highly unlickly. I then saw footage of the towers falling down.When bombs are placed in a to demolish a building, what I notice is that the bottom parts of the building collapse and then the top falls. With the towers the bottom was solid and the top collapsed.
I search for the trouth by examing all pieces of the puzzle. When one piece does not fit I do not discard it. There are too many pieces that do not fit. I have seen too many interviews with relatives of victums who were on those planes, for me to believe the video. I heard their grief storys. If they are actors they should be up for accademy awards. If they are actors where are the people to say "i know that person, that is b.s."
I do not like George Bush. I think he is one of the worst presidents ever. I do not hate him that I am willing to believe everything negative said about him simply because I want to. Saying that he is smart enough to pull such a stunt off is giving him to much credit.
Something else that I do not buy. If he is capable of pulling such a stunt off as an excuse to start a war with Iraq, then planting weapons of mass destruction in Iraq would be the next logical step, therby, justifying his excuse to invade Iraq.
One last thing. When will Americans realize that making such videos to discredit Bush, hurts Americans. These videos are shown abroad by anti-americans to increase their hatred of you.

have seen fighter planes up close and that is what it looks like. Also, JP 8 fuel has a very high flashpoint and just the plane hitting the building could not strike a big enough and hot enough spark to ignite it.
Plus, you do not need pilots in planes these days. There are unmanned aircraft that fly with great precision than with a pilot. You could install a proximity sensor on the front of the plane that could trigger the missile to launch. It would be very easy. Another thing, why did building 7 collapse??? and why is there a video of the owner of that building saying he said to " PULL IT" the day of the attack. Demolition terminology. It would take a week or two to place enough explosives to drop a building like that. Why are there people saying they never seen a plane in america with a logo like the one that hit the north tower.

I am in the military my whole family has been. I work on aircraft for a living and am licensed even in the civilain market to work on them. I am even a qualified flight engineer. JP-8 does have a high flashpoint but could very easily ignite in that situation all it takes is one wire to be cut and ground out near the fuel and boom we have emergency proceedures for this. It is so dangerous in fact that if we have a fuel quanity gauge go out we have to pull the circuit breakers to prevent and possible stray current from igniting the fuel. All the conspiricy theories out there you people need to learn that all you do is undermine the gov. and the people who are out there trying to protect you. You may not like who leads you but they are elected yes you can protest that is one of our rights but just realize there are those out there just like you who are doing a job and when you go off on wild tangents and sit there and criticize all the gov. and the military you are critisizing people like me who do this to protect people like you.

I have seen a documentary that explains how the towers fell. They interviewed the architect. He said that when he designed the buildings he took into account the impact of a plane crashing, but not the intense heat melting the columns, which sent into motion a dominoe effect that caused the buildings to collapse. Is he also part of the conspiracy?
We are people who believe that when an object is travelling at a high speed at a distance, our senses cannot be trusted. So to say the planes did not look like passenger planes, is not proof enough.
We are people that demand answers to other hard questions. Those four planes had flight numbers that are a matter of public records. Did they take off? Did they land? The people who were on those flights are also on public records. Did these people exists? Are they still alive? Such an answer is not hard to prove.
We are also people that demand when you answer questions like that above, we will not accept more accusations and paranoia without hard proof.
We are people that know that words can be taken out of context and demand to know what was said before and after.

buildings do melt, if they are made out of materials that melt. in other words of course the building melts cause its made out of steel, which melts. almost every construction material melts under that much heat, cept maybe concrete and i sure hope you dont think they poured that much concrete to make those buildings.
and of course there will be an explosion right after a plane hits anything. Time delay? are you mental, look at any footage of any plane crashing into anything, the explosion happens instantly. - lets look at some numbers
if the plane was going at 400mph, then 400/60 equals 6.66 miles per min. 6.66/60 is .111 miles per second. 5280 feet in a mile so the plane was going 586 feet per second (.111x5280) the towers were about 224 feet per side. 224/586 is .38 seconds to go from one side to the other. Factor in the plane disintegrating and and fuel exploding on impact and it should be no suprise that it "intantly" created a fireball. it was the fire on the floors damaged by the plane impact/ explosion that took the buildings down, if those planes were not fully loaded with fuel for a cross country flight the buildings would still be standing today.

I am a highschool sciences teacher (Physics 11, 12 and Chemistry 11) and I must say that you people who claim to know anything about physics know absolutely nothing! ...what, if any, role our gov't played in this or most any other situation. No, we cannot believe all of our media, but we also cannot believe every alternate theory that comes up. Perhaps our gov't didn't take threats seriously, perhaps they didn't act quickly enough to prevent it, perhaps they engineered some of it and the rest got out of hand, perhaps they knew nothing. What we do know for sure is that thousands of people died that day. And thanks to the war in Iraq, plenty more have died since. We also know that all those people had families who mourn them, and continue to carry around the pain of that day with them. I know someone who escaped from the towers that day. I know two people who lost relatives in the towers that day. I was in Manhattan when it happened, and I walked with survivors, dust-covered and shocked. I know that their pain was real. I know all of our horror was real. I know that my friends who lost their relatives suffered - and that is real. I know a police officer who was there, and was temporarily blinded by the debris for a week - his suffering was real. He sorted through the debris, looking for survivors, and then looking for remains. Again, real. I know my fear that day, and my anxiety to get out of the city and home to the Bronx were all real. My joy at hearing my friend's voice that day when I learned she survived was real. My heartbreak as I listened to my other friend tell me his brother did not survive was also real. I could go on for hours but I think you all get the point. You may not love our gov't, you may not even love New Yorkers. But if you have any love for humanity, any sympathy for those who have suffered, you won't disregard and disrespect those who've dealt first-hand with this tragedy. Until you can prove a conspiracy theory in its entirety, keep it to yourself. Our gov't has a lot of problems, we all know it. But you are only allowed to voice it because this gov't allows such freedom. I didn't vote for Bush - never even liked him. Freeze frame and look carefully, that was not a commercial plane... and it wasn't a plane that hit the Pentagon neither. I worked a block from the White House on 9/11 and was less than 20 minutes from the Pentagon. Joekle, you are confused. Americans aren't the ones killing most of the Iraqis. It is insurgents and terrorists from other countries that have infiltrated that country. We can argue about whether the US should be there til the cows come home, but don't misrepresent the situation. IEDs and suicide bombings are claiming MANY MANY more Iraqi lives than accidental civilian killings while trying to target terrorists. America is in a no-win situation because they try to preserve as many civilian lives as they can but then this weakens their stance and more terrorist attacks take place. If they become more aggressive, they end up killing civilians and then they are considered terrorists themselves. It seems like people don't realize that civilian lives are an unfortunate part of ANY war. I would argue that the reason this war has gone on so long is because the US is trying its best to avoid as many civilian casualties as possible which is a definite departure from traditional wars. If the US were arrogant, aggressive, insensitive pigs then they would have absolutely bombed the entire country of Iraq and not cared about who was in their way. I have a friend who served in Iraq and the biggest problem is distinguishing who is a civilian and who is a terrorist. Terrorists even dress up in military uniforms and then blow themselves up. They also take shelter in areas heavily populated by civilians. It is NOT the American soldiers that people should be outraged with...it is the insurgents and the surrounding countries (Syria, Iran) that are helping these animals.

When that event happened, I was on the 3rd floor in the south tower. The impact when the plane hit was extreme! My whole family died that day. We were on a holiday from the U.K. I had gone to the bathroom, and my family had gone up to floor 96 and I said I would meet them there. I never managed to. the last thing I said to them was:"just go, I'll meet you there!" I just posted this comment because i thought people should know what it was like that day. Also, I would like to inform the world that before the crash, a black man came up to me and said: "leave now, or you will suffer. Tell everyone" I ignored him, and I could have saved lots of peoples lives...I don't know who he was, that man, but what I do know is that he meant well...

I feel very sorry for all the innocent families that US Army has killed in Afganistan and Irak after 9-11.
I think the worst way to fight terrorism is to attack and kill thousands of civilians who had nothing to do with 9-11.
Oh, and that what happened in the video was sad too, but at least they died quickly. In Irak there has been a lot of mutated children because of use of uranium bullets. They have to suffer for their whole life because of some people who want oil and money.

My Dad is retired, but he did used to build skyscrapers. The world trade center was supposed to be re-inforced with good old concrete. As in cement. It wasn't. To save money the builders used sheetrock..... especially around the elavator shafts. geeeee... they colapsed... the whole building was not built to what the designer intended it to be. one word: confusion. the president is in a school reading to kids, its a beautiful day, officials r relaxing, and then all of a sudden this happens. even the fighter pilots were confused--i remember seeing on the news a few yrs ago that one fighter pilot said "the bastards snuck one by us!" referring to a russian cruise missile attack (no offense to any russian users). those 65 intercepts you mentioned were not on the same day. one plane a day, each on a different day. its much easier to intercept a plane when u know there's only one. now picture FOUR planes going all over the place on a picture-perfect day like that. imagine that you were one of the pilots and you're finally assigned to chase, idk, flight 93. then, as you reach your target, you are told that there's another plane headed toward D.C. and are given orders to intercept that by another operator who doesn't know that you're after flight 93. so u branch off to follow the plane heading for D.C. and receive reports that a plane just crashed into WTC, but you dont know its number--it may have been flight 93 which you could have stopped, and now another plane is headed for NY. should you keep pursuing the one headed for D.C. or the second NY plane? and worst, you don't know who's responsible for the attacks. picture that and you will know why the pilots couldn't intercept the planes.
