Yamaha R1 should beat them all, but at the end of the race it had problem with clutch, too forced on start.
Porsche turbo was chip tuned with digitaltuning.ch about 40PS. Plain is supersonic, Serbian produced - Super Galeb1073726- end of the race?
the race is clearly won by the jet, due to the fact that the other two idiots couldn't even take off.

It was obious what was gonna happen even before the movie started. With incredible acceleration but low top speed, the bike takes off first and holds first position a long time. for the porshe and the plane, it was sure that the light porshe would take off much faster than the heavy plane. the plane caught up, then the porshe caught up again, but by that time the plane had far beaten its top speed and is ready for take off. that time the porshe had beaten the top speed of the bike and is now in second postion. no land vehicle can beat the plane and it's realy obvious that a car has far better top speed than a bike and on such a distances can eventually catch up with the bike and pass it.

First of all it;s the horse power difference the plane should have around 200.000 bhp on both engines, and what is that compared to around 500 bhp on the Porsche or 100 bhp(likely) on the bike. And second of all the wight difference ...
I clearly don't see the point of this race....but the fun :P
And .... the bike should have come 2nd because if it;s an R1 it has higher acceleration speed , and higher top speed that a 911 Turbo(it it's not modified in some way :D)

the super galeb is a school jet it can't reach mach 1 cause it's pieces would start falling, and it takes off before it reaches 300 km/h, so the pilot forced the plane to stay on the ground, risky maneuver....THE BIKE SHOULD HAVE WON!!!!......i'd rather see instead of that heap of junk a MIG-21 Lancer....would be an even race

In Brazil, where I live, there is one traditional long race, every year, called "1000 miles of Interlagos" (Mil milhas de Interlagos). Of course it lasts 1000 miles and it takes place in Interlagos where the F-1's race in Brazil. There are always some Ferraris, BMW's, Audi's, and lots, lots of Porsches. The Porsches have dominated and won almost every edition of this race. But in 2004, one only Dodge Viper GTS appeared here among them, driven by an Italian team (three pilots), kicked everybody's ass and finished in the very first place some laps away from the second place. And I can´t forget how easily it swallowed those european cars straight line or around bends. When the Dodge Viper accelerated leaving them behind it really looked like they had toy engines. I confess I am a Dodge fan from long time ago, but I got really surprised how superior it was.

That's OK, but as you said Viper was driven by Italian team, who knows what they done to it (joke). In Europe they are superior in some races too, but that cars were not production models, they just look like normal production Viper.

While these types of race are fun to watch there not really a fair comparision. Sports bikes will always beat cars off the line, even the Viper 1000 thing, but in the end the extra power and top end of a car will help to beat the bike.
Add corners into this and things change lots, BHP alone does not equal fast. If you search for 'Top laptimes Nürburgring Nordschleife' you'll see that the beloved Dodge Viper(admittedly only a GTS) gets thrashed by a lot of cars, inlcuding a Caterham 7 Superlight R which only has 190bhp, i'm not bashing American cars, but while you can make some very fast cars, they just can't cope with corners like european car and before anyone mentions it, yes the GT40 won LeMans back in the 60's but since then no american built car has won overall.

Thats all I have to say. Look at the lap times on that and compare a stock car with it. The only thing to come close is a heavily modified car or a half a million dollar Carrera GT. Chevy's C6-R would kick its ass... and I am not a GM guy... And you don't need horsepower to pull a fast lap time, weight and suspension are the most improtant.

if you go to nordschleife.no and have a look at the times, you'll see that there aren't many american cars which post very quick times.
American car companies don't need to make cars that handle for the US market, your roads just don't need good handling cars, if they did maybe there would be more US sports cars sold abroad.
When it comes to suspension isn't it only recently that Corvette have stopped using leaf springs? which haven't been used on Euro or Japanese cars for decades because they handle badly.

So as I see it, the Dodge Viper beats the Bugatti in all but the estimated top speed. But I did find that neither the Bugatti or the Viper Venom have NOT been tested to there FULL potential.
Don't get me wrong I respect EVERYTHING about these cars and many more but the Dodge Viper 1000TT is just a step up from it on most levels.

i read an article on the viper and it said that the 9.9 second run was done with "cheater slicks" i take it they aint the standard tires it uses??
What no one has mentioned is that the veyron was designed and built to the same reliability standards VW sets for its Golfs and regular everyday cars!!!! Where as i imagine the viper will break after 2 seconds!!! It is relatively easy to make a car go as fast as the viper venom, but to do that plus make it reliable!? Not so easy...
With respect to the racing round a circuit, the veyron is 4wd so can maintain much higher speeds around corners than the rwd viper ....... THE VEYRON WUD WIPE THE FLOOR WITH THE VIPER ROUND A TRACK!!! and i'm talking proper tracks here not Nas-boring-car ovals!!!
