this liquid is photosensitive .you can see reflex of light on the botton of glass.end suddenly turn off end liquid chenge color.

  There's nothing photosensitive in the beakers. The way it works is that in one of the beakers there's a source of Iodide ions (I-. Call this A) and something that and something that reacts with Iodine, I2, to form Iodine ions (Call this something B). And in the other beaker there is something that reacts with Iodide ions to form Iodide (Call this C).
  
  So when you mix the two, A will react with C to form I2, but I2 will react with B to for A again. But eventually, all of B will be used up so A and C will still react but the I2 won't change back. If you have a little starch in the beakers the, when B runs out, it changes the color of the solution to a dark blue/purple, since starch is an indicator for I2.
