all of you who think this idiot did nothing wrong are seriously dumb. If it was OK for someone to ignore every law that a few people thought was wrong and that they shouldn't be punished then EVERY law would be ignored. And that would be a very bad thing when someone decides to beat, R**e and kill your mother,wife or child. But but but you say those are violent acts against another person. Doesn't matter in the least. There are people who think it's OK for them to do it. So by your own logic they should be allowed. It matters not that YOU think their crime is bad. Just as it matters not that you think this particular law is wrong, there are others who think it is a great law and are bothered by the sight of topless women in public. Personally I'd love to see hundreds of young topless(and butt naked) beautiful women. Just need a law stopping the fat and/or ugly ones. And big fat man boobs should be on the illegal list when it comes to shirt off....in my opinion(yeah yeah, bitch all you want...It's my opinions)
But I would NOT want my children seeing it.

You want to change the law? Do it in the right ways. start legal actions and get out and drum up support for an elected official that will vote to change it. Or run for office yourself. Don't run around breaking said law.

same thing happened in FL. a FL Appeals court up held the lower courts ruling that the first amendment rights trump a law that prohibits public nudity if you are protesting that law itself.
