Yeah it itsnt out of the norm to see some of these moves at a gym of course their is a big diffrence on the surface in a gym. i play volleyball and the rubbermats give me about 8 inces to my verticalin a gym that stuff will give u like a foot. the only bestter stunters than this are men olympic floor tumbler but to be able to do this stuff on concrete and btw some of the moves look like ancient fighting moves so dont put it in the same ballpark with gymnast its so much more advanced

And i blatantly know hes just rubbing it in to blaine. with a '' Look at me im freeeee attitude'' :)

Joe probably is one of the first freerunners (or that similar style) out there. I think I saw his clip in the early 2000, after that the whole 'parkour' phenomenon started
