This looks like footage of material supposedly recovered during the Roswell incident. This footage was part of a documentry aired in the U.K in the early 90´s. Testimonies clamied to have been threatened by government agents to keep quiet, not to talk about it and to get on with their lives or suffer the consequences. And apparently in the Roswell case, the beings are said to be from future, so therefore are hybrids of man nicknamed P45´s thus making the hand prints more believeable. Note 5 fingers and 1 thumb too, but count to check I could be wrong. Rememeber just keep an open mind. It could all be false but you never know.

So the specialist people in that documentary that were asked to comment on this were spot on - a hoax autopsy film. You might want to look Colonel Philip Corso too and listen to his radio interview from 1997 the year before he passed on.
