Ofcourse we dont go a round calling people kafirs like a normal takfiris do. But dismantling the shareeah makes you a kafir undoubtly just like insulting Allah and his Rasul SAW.

Who was this comment directed to? It is not on anyone of us to call someone munafiq and make duaa like that. Infact we should make duaa for the Kuffaar to also be guided to Islam and go to heaven with us inshAllah. I pray that Allah guides George Bush to islam and he dies as a good Muslim even though I hate him for all that he has done against Muslims and Islam. If he reverts to Islam, many more Kuffaar will be interested in islam and will see the Light of Peace inshAllah.

Al-Barbahârî (Sharh Al-Sunnah p113, 114) states, If you see a man supplicating against the ruler, know that he is a heretic (sahib hawâ), and if you see a man supplicating for the ruler, know that he is a Sunni inshâ Allâh.

This is a blatant lie, rejecting the 4 category is not a problem, Rejecting the essence of Hakimiyyah is the problem. That ayah meant both kufr akbar and kufr doona kufr.
