Fake Thumb
if you look at his right thumb you will notice a fake thumb. All he does is puts his thumb into his left hand, remove the fake thumb and stuff the hankie into it. Then puts his thumb back into his hand where he puts the fake thumb back over his thumb. does it again to get the hankie out!! Up the sleeve..whatever!
