The Cat Mate Elite Manual is a good utility pet door and is very easy to install. The frame is plastic and utilizes a self-liner that covers the cut through the door when installing the pet door into most standard and hollow center doors up to 2" in thickness. A wall liner is available for wall installation. The door features a rigid, plastic flap which is sealed by brush weather stripping to provide a draft proof and weatherproof seal. This door comes in one size 6 1/2 “wide and 7 1/2 “high, which is great for cats smaller than 14 pounds. The Cat Mate manual comes with a 4-way locking feature so you can set the door to be completely locked, unlocked, access in only, and finally the exit only position. This door comes with a 3-year limited warranty.
