DOES ANYONE KNOW the names of the different weapons they are using? - it would be cool to add the names to the description.
Anyhow, I captured this video when I happened to have my camera on hand when I stumbled upon a kung fu demonstration by real shoalin monks that were visiting from China.

These are the names of the weapons seen in this clip and the order in which they appear, empty hand, is of course, no weapon

6 (fella coming in on left hand side is Chinese Sabre, back left is bo staff, on right hand side is same weapon as 1)

almost right, but the chain whip u mention is called a "9 section whip" or Jiu Jie Bian in chinese, the bo staff is called a "cudgel" or a "chang Gun"(Gwun). The order and the names would be: 1. 9 section whip, 2. Nan Quan 3. cudgel 4. Chang Quan 5. whip, very painful weapon and in chinese should be bian or something, not sure about that one. 6. the sabre is actually a Broad sword or a "Dao" 7. Chi, 8. Shuang bian, or 2 whips and 9. spears or "qiang"s to hold the boy. oh yeah, im chinese and learn kung fu, but we call it "wushu"

No offense I think Shaolins are cool but they waste too much of their life. I mean they seriously devote their life training to build strong bodies to be healthy and protective living a life but they don't realize they just used it up already. Because I don't think anyone would actually enjoy getting kicked on the nuts over and over again and to tie their neck on a rope for hours, punching the wall thousands of times, headstanding for hours, attempting to lay over spears.... If they really enjoy all that to devote their life to that then wow
