Of course the video you saw was fake, it was not the real video, it was a reconstructed video to show what happened. You think that there was just a bunch of cameras in the cockpit... The reason it was white was because they had to make it look real

Plus the airplane was built by (then) McDonnell-Douglas (now Boeing) and not General Dynamics duh :) An F-16 is General Dynamics (now Lockheed-Martin).
