The best one I found so far was a traffic cam that stated the speeds the cars were going when they hit a certain point from the view of the camera.

inurl: "axis-cgi/mjpg" is the one you want and then scroll down to the bottom where you can select what page you want to go to. Select number six and the link you're looking for is the second one up from the bottom of the page.
