Some of the people on that page is only convicted for having sex with someone under 18 or for having a photo of a naked person under 18. I dont think you should be added to a page containing rapers and such just for that.

If something like this i legal in the US why does the goverment send these people to jail. It's clear that they can't possibly live a normal life after getting out. Something like this would never be legal in the Europe. (And NO i am not a Sex offender i just don't think its fair)

the problem with this website is that it can scare people into thinking that some people are rapists or child molesters that aren't. for instance, when my uncle was 18, he had a 17 yr old girlfriend. her parents caught them and had him put in jail. now he is considered a sex offender. he is in his forties and still has that on his record and he is a very good person.

If you were a male under 18 and had a longtime gfriend that you had sex with on a regular basis (she's younger than you), once you hit 18 her folks could hit you with charges and even with the girl swearing to police that it was consensual...you are prosecuted as a sex offender. Pretty jacked up to be lumped in with all the sick freaks that are on there that are sex offenders. Think about it. Don't believe me ask a police man or judge.
