This is the mating dance of an african species of cichlid called pseudotropheus saulosi from Lake Malawi. The male is the striped blue one and the female is the bright yellow one. He is trying to get her to mate (spawn) with him by chasing her and "flashing" (vibrating and displaying his tail).
