How can u not respond to a 911 call just bcauuse its a kid, if its a prank freakin arrest them, end of story. I hope she knows she basically killed the kids mom. and How freakin racist can u be.."give the operator a break you people, it's not as if a white person died"

Are the dispatchers not required to send someone to at least check the house? Has 9-1-1 become an 18 call in line nowadays? So what if it's a child calling, at least send a patrol car to go check on things!
