Just some conditioning i did in one day, admittedly it starts of fairly boring if you want to see the best bit just skip to 2.08. Its all upper body because my knees are screwed at the moment.

      thanks for the comment, i guess just start by learning handstands or look at some of the positions in this video that i hold before i move to a different position and work on getting strong foundations in your arms for you to then build on and start connecting the positions,

      This is some good stuff.Ok is it true that u have to be naturally very flexible to learn these moves or can anyone condition himself?
      It looks like u dont need to be puffed up to have a good level of strength.You could post a video of those basics steps u were talking abt,that cud really help ppl who want to start,if u do have the time.Im sure many ppl including myself will appreciate it.thanks

    Dude good S**t , no really. Im working on body conditioning to. You don't even use weights you just use your body, that must save you a lot of money on those expensive weights LoL. How do you have no fear like that, you just hand stand and hop around buildings while your at it.. Damn. Arent you afraid that you could fall and snap your neck man ? You are really good at the conditioning, nice job. I just condition because I have S**t else to do, dont give me that look Ok I can feel your Look, LoL Jk but great stuff man !
