I loved the outfits and the boots. I don't know how you adjust for the difference between bare legs and the boots--but you pulled it off in fine style. Don't sweat the boorish comments--pole dancing is sexy and that's fine. But it's demanding, athletic, and reflects the hard work and dedication of its practioners, I've seen many of the pole junkie videos and they're all great.

Hi, you have incredible grace with that pole - something us beginners can aspire to. I was curious what kind of pole it that? Is it one with the ball bearings inside so that it can rotate inside the bases? I just ordered a standard- non-rotating pole and wonder if I should return it. Thank you for your input.

OMG! People are f'in retarded for real. It's an INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO, aerobic instructors don't wear moo moos, and loose tshirts. You wouldn't use a bank with men/women dressed in tropical shirts and khaki shorts, so why would you use a video with someone not dressed for the occasion? You wouldn't. As far as touching, strip aerobics teach you to touch your breasts, genitals, anything/anyway you want. So naturally big f'in deal if she touches her stuff teaching pole dancing. It's awfully hypocritical to watch this video and then get all Jesus-y saying ohhh she touched herself!!

What a great deal of strength and practice this must take! Looks like a fun way to really stay in shape. My God I'm impressed with the person who can do this and make it all look so graceful because it's obviously a great deal of work and you'd have to be in unbelievable physical conditon to carry it off so nicely.

Definitely a practice tape she made to watch her technique. Not intended to be sexy, just tech. I personally am impressed with her body. Damn! Nice "Bond Girl" outfit too. Someone should strip in some instructional voice-over on the names of the different moves and sell it as a training video.... just a thought.

I thought it was very impressive and entertaining, but hardly sexy. I work at a club and we mainly have a lot of hip movement, slow dancing, and some girls even belly dance.

With some practice maybe. Fairly good connection with the pole, needs work though, and lots more fluidity and grace. Can be fixed with practice. Don't say it isn't meant to be sexy. How can pole dancing not be? And all you p@*#s quit talking about her ass! You should respect urself more.
