  have you got windows xp home or pro if u have 2000 then theres ur problem plus u dont even need admin i used limited user and it still worked

Try typin this "NET USER *.*"
but make sure u use what u learned in this and apply it after command has been succesfully completd....im not really sure what this code does but it sets a password that u dont know....somebody please tell me what it does.....this is really good to do on ur enemies computer....or if u wanna be naughty then in school or cybr cafes : > don blame me if u cant sign in anymore!!!!

And two, you can actually login in interactive mode...

  If you can get to Internet Explorer you can actually get to anything on the network.. but i wont explain how, but even without start run you can get to cmd prompt.

You can only do this if you already have an account with full Windows administrator rights. Hacking would imply that you start off with less than administrator rights, and use this method to get full admin rights. That won't work here. Try this from an account that has only "Limited" user rights, to see for yourself.
