the trick is
if u multiply ANY number at all with 9 and add the digits, u get 9. Try it... it even works with 49. Denmark is one of the only countries starting with D. And people just like kangaroos eating apples.

What kind of fruit starts with "y"?
I got a canary from the Dominican Republic and I had to go to Wikipedia to find out what fuits start with "y" and apparently the only one is something called a yangmei, which resemble peaches but actually taste more like strawberries. Also, Dubai isn't a country.

I think i know the way it works though. It's similar
