This training obviously is an incredible show of strength, but I have a question concerning what im looking for to get out of a certain training routine. What is the difference between this training and powerlifting? Powerlifting involves athletes whose goal is to have the best strength to weight ratio, and this routine seems to involve the same concept. I want to to know how much you weigh and how much you can bench/dead lift/squat... I think this would be interesting to compare the strength of these two different sports.

I bench 250 pounds (my personal best). But i never train on this.
I don't train a lot on squat too but i think i did 345 pounds.
It's the same kind of training, just different exersice. Maybe more agility in what i did.
your 155 pounds , but u look so tall, im kinda short 1m74- 1m75 n weigh 74,5 kg , have a little fat ( for the winter)my max benchpress is 110kg , and i do alot of handstands pushups, record is 64 reps , and i pushup on 1 hand ( i can do alot with each hand 50-60 ) but i still cannot do that horizantall hang , i just want to do the horizontally bar-hang bu i cant seem to do that , can u give me some tips on howc ,plz?

I used to train in a similar way for competitive gymnastics when I was a younger man. It's the best way to train for strength, endurance and agility. I would recommend this type of training over body building anyday. We would get the occasional body buider come through our gym and though these guys could bench press 400 pounds, they were not able to do the simplest of maneuvers on any of the apparatus.

The free runnings nice as well, keep it up!

Better than body builders

If you can learn some skills in the same time that you train, it's more motivate!

I want to get in shape. At the moment you can not see my abbs. But I would really like to train so the abbs can be seen.

It's a mix of eat well, do a lot of physical activities (move a lot) and train specifically your abbs.
