Do we let people (or force them) to walk across airport runways to get to their cars? You a**holes out there who blame this woman should look at the situation---the stopped train let people off and they had to cross HIGH SPEED train tracks to get to the parking lot on the other side of the station. Do you think she (or the guy who blocked her view to the left) could see that fast-moving train coming? Was the parked train blocking their view to the left (YES!!!! -- or are you blind?) Did people think the parked train had the lights / gates / bells activated? YES! How could they know that a train, hidden by the parked train, was coming? The horn? Would you know if the sound came from the parked train or a train approaching? BOTTOM LINE: forcing human beings to cross RR tracks where trains are going 50, 60, 70 mph in order to get to a parking lot is (1) sheer stupidity (2) putting people in a "death trap" situation (3) criminal negligence. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO WALK ACROSS AIRPORT RUNWAYS, WHY DO YOU CLOWNS (who blame this woman) THINK IT IS OK TO FORCE PEOPLE TO WALK WHERE TRAINS (hidden by parked trains) ARE GOING AT VERY HIGH SPEEDS??? AND, BTW, WHERE IS YOUR SENSE OF HUMANITY???

So are you blaming the victim, like it says in the title, or the train driver? If you are blaming the train driver, I think it is impossible to stop on a dime going at such a high speed, with such weight. And if you blame the woman - good. She would have had to be deaf, blind, and wouldn't have been able to feel the ground move to walk across those tracks. Or she was just plain stupid.

People do this all of the time at my train stop and it's as stupid as you can get. There are at least 4 signals that a train is coming in that video. She got what she was asking for and anyone that is too stupid to realize that is too stupid to live. No one forced her to run across the track and in fact the train company was doing everything they could to stop her... bells, lights, gates, and train horns were all ignored... give me a break. OF COURSE we blame her for being an idiot... she was one. In 10 years of riding on METRA in chicago I've been stopped on the train 4 times because it hit someone. Twice in a car and twice they just walked in front of the train. All them were idiots whether they deserved to die for it or not.

I have to agree with you although it is harsh, it is life and the truth. Maybe just one child seeing that horrible thing happen, will stop and think before he walks onto a train track. If it saves one life it will be worth all the parents getting upset becasue their child saw it.

How nieve are some of the parents out there? How many clips does it take for them to realise that this is no site for kids? Yeh it has some funny clips of cute bunny rabbits and babies peeing on their mum and of course lots of people falling down but the rest is people getting hurt maimed and killed or screwed senseless.
