The process idel tasks just runs whatever is waiting to run when your system goes idle (after 5 minutes)

  Idle Tasks do not run unless the PC is IDLE! It is impossible for them to slow down your PC! This has nothing to do with "clearing memory" what 12 year old comes up with this nonsense?
