Im no physicist but...
When the cold beer bottle is empitied the air inside chills and compresses. The coin is dipped in water to act as a sealer for the escaping air. The air escapes because as the bottle comes closer to room temperature, the air molecules expand- forcing the air out and lifting the coin. That's just my hypothesis. Like I said, im no physicist- just a kid
