First. They are teaching policing such as riot control, checkpoints, arrest and mine clearing, not combat.

Second. The conflict is between different ethnic groups and is not about terrorism as such.

Third. Norway are peace negotiaters in this conflict.

Fourth. Norway is ranked as the number one most peaceful country in the world (see Global Peace Index) and does not support terrorism.
