The guy in the F50 is probably wondering wtf??? Straight line power=Ferrari F50.. Lotus Exige=everything else, not too mention a hell of alot cheaper!!!

  I don't think the Lotus is driving incorrectly at all. He's not taking the same line as the other cars because he weighs half as much and doesn't need to. In the straight runs at the beginning, he stayed at the bottom because the Ferrari would win a straight line acceleration run, so he takes the shorter inside. Note how his "awful lines" are catching him up to the Ferrari at every turn...
  
  That's the whole point of having a Lotus... it will beat very few other exotics in a drag race, but in the curves, it will smoke pretty much everything.
