well drink some coffee then.From that expression i would geuss you aren't American.TEA ain't our cup of tea over here.and most British TV is unfathomable crud to us continentals.The only good thing i every saw with BBC attached to it was Monty Python.What we rate highly flies right over the Brits heads.doesn't make it bad,just as your BBC doesn't necessarily broadcast drek,I just think it does.

You really are not very well informed are you? As an American who quite ENJOYS British tv (and tea, thank you very much), if you had seen more British tv, you would know that while SOME of it is like Python (which, while crude to some, is also very well written and quite intelligent) most of it would be quite over your head, I am sure. I base that assumption on your inability to spell "guess" and your inability properly create sentances. (It should be "unfathomably crude") What we rate highly? Like Friends? (which is a knockoff of an Aussie hit show) Or maybe American Idol? (knockoff of a British show) Hmmm.. Maybe Survivor? Nope, another knock off...

Born and raised in the US, I use the expression "not, etc" so your assumptions turns out to be wrong all round.
