Using water for this blue flameded torch can burn throught almost anything. Its a wonder the big energy companies haven't tried to knock this guy off.

    It's not new; such a torch was already in use by jewellers. .. It says the FLAME is only slightly warm to the touch; lets see him touch the tip of flame....Any gas can burn with a cool nozzle if it comes out at enough pressure....The brass ball does not become molten....since the converter CONSUMES MORE ENERGY THAN IT GENERATES, there is no overall saving, either in cost or pollution; fuel is being consumed elsewhere to power the converter...it's like thinking you can have a battery car that charges its own batteries from the car generator.. or stuff manure up a horse's butt and have hay come out its mouth.

    This technology has been around for many years.
    I worked at a factory that produced the fuel cell and fuel for the car in 1982.
    Ballard Power of B.C, canada built the tank and
    Stuart Energy of Toronto Canada Had the hydrogen as fuel tech. since the 50's.....
    BMW is mass producing the vehicle right now in Europe...glad we all waited for this guy ...HAHAHA

    this seems to duplicate the effects of cold fusion
    which is to make flamable gas from water. it was said to be end all in power resources requiring just a little water to power a whole city. this does not seem to be as powerfull as that. however if he is able to run a car off of the electricity restored to his car by an alternator it seems to me that is the power output(counting kinetic energy) is higher than the input(electricity and water).then it is feasable that the entire country could be run on cheap electricity. sucks for anyone who uses fossil fuels.

      It would actually cost more to produce millions of individual water-splitting units, but the POINT is that the power necessary to split the water is more than the power produced. So pollution etc are still produced,at the power plant. The total cost of the energy produced is also increased because of the extra conversion step.

    Do you think the oil and coal production companies are going to just sit back and let the new HHO Gas take them over? The producers of this new HHO Gas are going to either easily get bought out for billions, or get kicked the crap out of until they stop production. These oil and coal companies are multi - Billion dollar companies. They deal with majority of the worlds money supply and will force that their Supremacy be known if at all necessary.

    The only problem is if cars were to run off water, that would just accelerate the water shortage problems we have in the world. Seawater would be fine, but freshwater would just be wasting more water, unless you could find a way to recycle the water.

      extracting gasses from seawater is the same as extracting them from fresh water, and this method could very easily be used to make drinking water from seawater, however the cost in electric power would be prohibitive. desalinization (making drinking water from seawater) is actually on the rise in the world, although it is mostly being done using fossil fuels for power. Desalinization is easily possible using solar power, and would be a good way to produce fresh water, but making usable quantities would require a LOT of space, and most of that space would be oceanfront property.

    Do people really buy into this?? seriously... the guy even said "water and electricity" where do these people think the electricity comes from?? some superman guy turning a hand crank like in the Sesame Street cartoon? (uh.. I went WAY back on that comment.. you young'uns might not understand that comment) power plants cause just as much pollution as cars, and if all cars are electric, then we'll probably need more power plants. Although this might be a good direction for the US to go, because we have a lot more coal than anyone else (power plants mostly run on coal) so it might be cheaper on the whole to use more home-mined coal in power plants than imported oil in cars, so as to make us less dependent on imported fuels. I think the real problem in that arena is that someone needs to invent a new way to store electricity. Although a hydrogen cutting torch that only produces gas when needed is actually a damn good idea, for safety, portability, availability of fuel, etc. Definetely give the guy a thumbs up on that one! Might be good for welding/brazing too if you can crank the heat down enough.

      the electricity required to electrolyze the water into gas is far greater than what you can produce by burning those gasses. The energy intake in this process exceeds the output, so you have to have power (electricity) to begin with. Unless we start using cleaner methods to produce that electricity (there are a TON of clean power sources... hydroelectric dams, tidal generators [this was posted in a comment above], solar power, wind power.... the list goes on. There are people out there putting these methods to use, but they are the respnsible few in this case... most of our power still comes from the "big guys" who aren't willing to accept a lower profit margin to save something as trivial as the planet...

    I don't quite understand what is trying to be achieved here (Running the car off water I mean). The total energy required to convert the water into HHO is greater than the energy achieved by burning the gas. Even the most basic of high school physics/chemistry points this out. Sooooo...all this is doing is transferring the problem of polution to someone elses backyard. ie. the place where the electricity is produced.
    Renewable energy is the answer...however there is no genie in the bottle

      !!!People do ya research, you can pee in the tank and it will run, u can use your bath water you dont need clean water for this to work, but the left over content in the tank that is not water will have to be cleaned out that the only set back, go on you tube there are lot of people who have homemade lil science projects making hydrogen from stainless steel plates

      just go to you nearest home depot or lowe's and make your own lil device it will take less than 100 bucks to make one, then you can see if this is possible or not, and if it is and you have found that you can do this, and there is no water fueled car or water fueled anything like this in 5 years, you will know that the gov and oil companies are suppressing these new technologies because of greed
