I am suprised
usually German's are pretty smart and the make the best cars...but this was damn stupid my teacher showed me that in the second grade. the bottom spinning thing is a magnet, and the bottom black thing is also a magnet, however it is the negative charge, also notice how the black thing has on oval shape dent in the middle, it is used to keep the spinning magnet in place.
