I agree Gerrard is a good player and have a good ball control, but compare to Ronaldhino, Gerrard lack skills. Ronaldhino is a genuine genius and always plays a major role and he could do anything at any time. He has got the confidence as well as good skills which could be easily seen in the video. Steve is better than Ronaldinho. Ronnie is a better player to watch couse he knows a lot of tricks and he is really fast. Gerrard is better tho: he is always controling the game and can win a match for his team. It's really hard to choose but if i had to pick a player who would do more for the team, i'd pick Gerrard.

I do agree that Ronaldinho is very good with tricks buthe can be a very good player if the player around him understand and knows what is he going to do next but Gerrad will just fit in any team and help the team to move forward and win the game. Besides that Gerrard is a much more team oriented player and a good deliver compared to Ronaldinho. On the aspect of consistency, Gerrard is far more superior to Ronaldinho. In short my vote for the best goes to Steven Gerrard
