About the city of Sderot and the lives of those who are affected by the Qassam rocket attacks. Qassam is filmed only three weeks after the murder of the two children, taking a close look at the uncertainty of daily life that has plagued the city in the last two years of the Israeli Palestinian conflict. Qassam also investigates what the Gaza Disengagement plan might mean to the people of Sderot, and showcases the low-income city, home to many new immigrants, that has been forgotten by the Israeli establishment.
