The Festival will welcome youth and adult competitors to the 3 day festival organized annually by martial arts legend Tokey Hill. Hill is an internationally recognized martial arts coach, 6-time National Karate Champion, and the first American to ever win the World Karate Federation World Championships. Designated as a former U.S. Olympic Team Coach of the Year for his teams performance at the 1999 Pan American Games.
