an alternative to this program is tune up utilities 2006...it's totally safe.and you can make various tweaks on your computer with it......i really used it alot and improved my pc performance alot...for instructions...you could watch my video on

The boot skin program also drags an anti virus program called "Pest Trap" onto your PC. Once this is loaded (and it installs automatically at that) it scans your machine and tells you that you have serious spyware threats. It's just a load of BS... They are bogus threats installed onto your PC to coax you into buying their anti spyware program. Webroot works well to crush this threat. Other than that, love the change on boot up... awesome.

this made my computer not start up properly so i had to go to safe mode to uninstall

If you do this you will not be able to update your XP machine through windows updaes.

i have downloaded it and folowed it but when i restarted my pc it showed the boot screen i choised but didn't come ti the detosope . it got black screen.!!! need help!

and it's success, but i didn't saw the bootskin on the list...
so i can't see the preview, and, of course i can't choose it to be my bootskin.
help please...

I downloaded the utility, and a boot skin, but when i try and load up the boot skin using the utility, the boot skin doesn't show up, i'm guessing this is because i don't have the custom boot screen, but i tried getting one but can't find it on wincustomize. Any help would be appreciated.
