    I own a BMW M5 E39 and I can tell you that with the speedlimit removed i could not go faster that 295km/h.All the people that say M5 goes 320 km/h are a bunch of stupid F**ks .

      well...I have the "shitty" M5..if you can say that to a BMW M5 2002.If you don`t upgrade it a little(exhaust,chip or anything else) the BMW M5 400hp does not go faster than 295 km/h.I mean real 295 km/h not shown on speedometer.
