the air bag sensors are protected by the front bumper, not in contact. since the bumper wasn't damaged, the forces cannot transfer to the sensors, likewise, the air bags will not deploy. this video is probably made by group/s that is hired by company/ies for "anti advertisements ". don't know the proper way to call those groups though.

airbags don't ever deploy that easily, especially in Mercedes.

When airbags inflate there is a lot of powder released - some kind of talc for dry lube and also propellent from the powder charge.

Airbags can break arms, etc. You need to keep your hands at 3 and 9 o'clock (or somewhere near there) and keep your thumbs off the center of the wheel. If you are one-arming it, with your arm across the wheel, it can easily be broken during airbag deployment.

1st when a air bag goes off it goes of so fast u cant see it and by the time u see it it is all ready deflaited and in this vid the air bag stays out which means its fake u have to hit the bumper really hard to get it to come out it would never come out when hit like that just incase u bumped into something in your garage or in a parking lot

If anyone thinks an airbag can deploy in this way, you are a serious moron. If this was the case, people could run up to your car and kick it to get the bag to deploy, or push a shopping cart into it, or tap your bumper while parallel parking.

First off, people do break that hard for pedestrians when they're standing IN the street and there's a stop sign. And she wasn't asleep, she was just not expecting a horn blast. If you look at her face, you retard, you'd realize she's not the most lively individual anyway. Also, he would rev his engine and honk his horn if he's a dick, which I could easily believe. Also, the airbag wasn't a full-force airbag, as Mercedes DO put those in there, and also if the car detects the engine is revving that high and suddenly there's a front impact, wouldn't it be a safety thing that deployed the airbag? Honestly how old are you? No common sense at all!! And NO the airbags would not all deploy. First of all it's a convertible, there aren't side cushion airbags, and the car is smart enough to detect a passenger (or lack thereof), and prevent that airbag from going off.
