      Hi,
      Actually I no longer have Sam, but when I did I fed him mainly crickets and lettuce. A bearded dragon shouldn't eat anything larger than the space between his eyes (otherwise he might choke) When he was younger I fed him tiny hatchling crickets, As he got bigger, I increased the size of the cricket. Also adult bearded dragons eat a great many vegitables. Check online resources for the best diets. Good luck.
