14 Year Old Norwegian Boy Fainths While Lifting 109 Kilos
- its not as bad as it looks
after the clean, the bar is resting on the front of the shoulders and neck. sometimes the bar rests on an artery and it cuts off blood circulation. once this happens, you don't really have time to react. as for the bar falling on him, it didn't. the weights on either side of the bar kept it from crushing him. this has happened to me before and as long as you land flat you should be fine.

The reason he fainted, was that he blocked an artery. So the blood circulation didn't get all the way up to the brain.

this is the biggest problem with most wanabe body builders, weightlifters, they increase the weigfht by 5 10 kg, thats mad, you should max 2.5 kg, etc, also: i did 200 kg when i was 16 , but that was in my prime, i can barely lift 170 now,
i hope people learn, and dont over do it, like this boy also, pscology is important
