    just as there are plenty of scripts that can pint your browser to your c:\ directory and display the contents..... nothing new
    the stuff is not actually transmitted anywhere, just displayed on your screen

      Ok... Here goes.... I just typed my credit card number, expiry date, name and date of birth into a word document and then I copied it onto my clipboard using CTRL + C...

      My I.P ADDRESS is 1297.34012.287

      The website can tell you what's on YOUR clipboard... so, for someone to steal your credit details, they'd have to use your computer directly after you've copied your credit card number into clipboard and before anyone else uses the copy function... Solution... if you really MUST copy your credit card details from somewhere... remove it from the clipboard or copy something meaningless into the clipboard.... BUT NO.... Firewalls have nothing to do with this !! Noone is hacking remotely into your clipboard !!!

    This is dumb, most secure website don't allow the clipboard to be even pasted, right click is disabled too.
    And Internet explorer ask you if you want to allow the clipboard to access the internet, and then the firewall, makes the same question.
