how to cook another indian delicious recipe
this was good. for dozens of more exciting butter chicken recipes check out squidoocom/butter-chicken
By lloydpinto 1217602427Hi,
I did that recipe many times in the past two month but always had problem with the recipe being too waterful, i tried adding sour cream more but it was the same, what ingredient should i add in order to get that thicky sauce found in restaurants ?
You can add cornstarch from your mixture; this will make your sauce thick as what they do in the restaurants. hope this helps!
By my_bukopie23 1200988278butter chicken has nothing to do with butter! and by the way with coconut milk, it will taste nasty, Yogurt is probably a lot better. and for I Guess, good for u to stand up for indian food, because people hardly try ethnic food and they don't realize the value of other ethnic food rather just burger, fries and pizza. Indian food RULES!!!!!
By uzair 1167014450Coconut milk is used in Thai curries. It definately doesn't taste nasty.
By DojoWeb 1200951542nice one but whos going to cook ! thats big deal can i get this resturent that will be easy for me
By jacky11111111 1166896040Curry is a type if flavor, ever tried curry chicken in a chinese reustarant? Yummy
By Gregory Waldo 1166672398i always wanted to try curry, but what is the yogurt for. is it to calm the spices
By jk26 1166575878First of all, Why did you add tumeric powder? That is not souposed to be used, that makes it taste bitter, secondly you are souposed to fry an onion first (every traditional indian dish does this)
And to make it thick you need tom paste and not that much water.
okay honestly this recepie was SO off.
If everyone just followed someone else's recipes we would have nothing new, ever. We wouldn't have any great chefs, just lousy cooks. He can cook whatever he wants, who's to say your recipe is any better? Have you tried his?
By kman86 1202041913His recipe, he can do what he wants. If you don’t like it don’t cook it.
you are such an ass telling him what he can or cannot do. I bet you don’t do anything creative at all when cooking because "Its not supposed to be like that"
P.S, you need to learn how to spell recipe before you can read a recipe.
